Yellow Rose is looking for a restaurant manager. The restaurant manager is responsible for providing leadership to the front of house, ensuring a great experience for our guests, and assisting the general manager with day to day operational tasks and projects. Supervise all restaurant employees on a daily basis to ensure policies and processes are followed. Assist with the hiring, on-boarding and continuous training of employees.

Oversee the floor during service; ensuring the team stays on task and delegated assignments Ensure guest satisfaction; interact with guests and engage in service recovery when issues arise Ensure that all guests feel welcome and are given responsive, friendly and courteous service Minimum one year restaurant management experience in a full-service restaurant is required and must be able to manage, develop, and motivate a team.
